Follow these steps carefully for each platform
YouTube Upload Guide
Download the raw video file to your device before editing.
Open CapCut and edit using these requirements:
- Light editing only — keep it simple and fast
- Add captions to the video
- Add text overlays if needed
- Add background audio only — no copyright music
- No AI voiceovers
- No heavy editing
Go to the YouTube channel you are assigned to and upload your edited video.
Before publishing, use the AI tool to generate:
- Video title
- Video description
- Tags (max 500 characters)
Prompts for title, description, and tags are shown in your task card.
- Use Gemini (AI tool provided in your task card)
- Follow the thumbnail prompt in your task
- Copy your uploaded YouTube video link
- Go to the Submit Work page in this panel
- Paste your link and hit submit
- Then mark the task as Done on the My Tasks page
TikTok / Facebook Upload Guide
Open the Social Resources page. You will see a list of assigned channels. Only use channels assigned to your platform.
Go to your assigned channel and open the Shorts section for TikTok/YouTube style content.
Sort videos by Popular to find the best performing content to repurpose.
Choose videos from the Most Popular section, download, and repost to your assigned platform.
Important Rules
- Do NOT upload the same video you already uploaded today or yesterday
- Do NOT spam identical content
- Never use channels outside your assignment
- Always vary the videos you choose
- Only use your assigned channels
